2. The petitioner is in custody since 25.08.2014 in connection with Jamui P.S.Case No. 282 of 2013 for the offences alleged under Sections 326, 307/34 IPC.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased and is of advanced age. He has already completed 11 months in custody and charges have since been framed.

4. Having regard to the nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner at this stage. The bail petition stands dismissed.
