Though the writ application was filed with a prayer for making compensation for the accident caused in the premises of the Railways and to compensate the loss of limb and expense incurred over the treatment, but learned Sr. Counsel for the Railways raised the question of jurisdiction. However, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to avail the remedy before the appropriate forum. Permission is accorded.
