2. By last order dated 30.10.2025, last opportunity was granted to the petitioner to press the writ application. It was made clear that if on the next date the petitioner does not appear to press the writ application then the Court may consider dismissing it for non-prosecution.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for accommodation.

4. This is an old matter of the year 2017 and still the petitioner is not ready to press the writ application for reasons known to the petitioner. In such view of the matter, no purpose would be served in prolonging the litigation. Therefore, in light of the previous order dated 30.10.2025, the case is dismissed for

Patna High Court CWJC No.12818 of 2017(4) dt.20-11-2025 2/2 non-prosecution.

5. The petitioner is at liberty to seek appropriate remedy before the District Appellate Authority constituted under Bihar State Teacher Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020.
