2. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to grant the benefits under the Bihar Industries Incentive Policy, 2011 to the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite having fulfilled the conditions under the Bihar Industries Incentive Policy, 2011 and started its small scale industry the petitioner has yet to be granted the benefits under the said policy including capital subsidy and machinery subsidy etc.

4. Learned counsel for the respondent appears and has been heard.

5. Having regard to the nature of grievance, the petitioner is permitted to file a fresh representation before the General Manager, District Industries Centre, Biharsharif, Nalanda, Dist. Nalanda at Biharsharif (respondent no. 4) for redressal of its grievance. If any such representation is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously and preferably within a further period of eight weeks thereafter in accordance with law. If any benefits are found due to the petitioner, the same shall be paid without further delay.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.
