JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-02-2020 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to pay the admitted outstanding dues of the petitioner against the Bill dated 01.09.2017, pertaining to supply of injections made in the year 2017-18. Having regard to the short prayer made by the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no.4 by filing appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today, whereafter the respondent no.4, i.e. Civil Surgeon cum Chief Medical Officer, Saharsa shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks thereafter and in
Patna High Court CWJC No.2677 of 2020(2) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 case any admitted outstanding dues are found to be payable, the same shall be paid within a period of eight weeks therefrom. It is made clear that in case of non-adherence of the time limit, as aforesaid, by the respondent no.4, the principle amount of admitted outstanding dues, found payable, would carry interest @ 9% per annum with effect from the date the amount had become due.
The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
