The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307, 328 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. No stolen article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession a vehicle bearing registration No. BR06AP- 9659 was recovered. Except the confession of the petitioner no tangible material is collected nor the petitioner was put on T.I. parade.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
