JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-11-2018 After some argument, the learned senior counsel seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, Patna against the order dated 13.02.2015 passed by the District Appellate Authority, Muzaffarpur as also the order dated 28.08.2015. In view of the limited submissions made by the learned senior counsel, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the appellate authority and in case an appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider the appeal of the petitioner on merit without being impeded by the issue of limitation and pass
