JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was arrested in a case registered for the offences punishable under the Arms Act and in that case his confessional statement was recorded and on the basis of said confessional statement, petitioner has been remanded in this case on 10.03.2015. Petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade nor any incriminating article has been recovered from his conscious possession.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36616 of 2015 (2) dt.31-08-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 22 of 2015.
