JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as Mr. S. S. Sundaram appearing on behalf of the Bihar Staff Selection Commission.

2. The claim of the petitioner is for consideration of his case against the unfilled posts out of 34540/- of the Assistant Teachers.

3. Mr. Sundaram submits that the Commission has already invited objections and is considering the case of all eligible candidates in accordance with the guidelines of the Apex Court and the petitioner may file his objection in terms of the advertisement. In case, the petitioner files his objection in

Patna High Court CWJC No.7974 of 2016 (2) dt.06-11-2018 2/2 response to the advertisement, the commission will consider the claim of the petitioner objectively along with the other eligible candidates.

4. In view of the aforementioned submission made by the learned counsel for the Commission, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file objection in response to the advertisement published by the Commission and in case such objection is filed by the petitioner, the Commission will consider the case of the petitioner along with the other eligible candidates.
