The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Seven pistol, one knife and 35 cartridges have been recovered from the house of co-accused Kanhaiya Kumar and this petitioner alongwith co-accused Kanhaiya Kumar was apprehended on spot.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - IX, Siwan in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 234 of 2021.
