Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is husband of the victim of dowry death. The unnatural death was caused after six years of marriage. Victim died leaving behind children. Petitioner is in custody since 11.10.2017.

Earlier prayer for bail was refused on 04.04.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 10201 of 2018.

The report of the learned trial Judge dated 23.02.2019 would reveal that three prosecution witnesses are yet to be examined in this case. Petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

No.8446 of 2019(3) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 Considering the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Pothia Police Station Case No. 166 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
