JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-08-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(a). For issuance of an appropriate writ/ order/ direction commanding upon the concerned respondent i.e. Respondent Nos. 5 & 6, show-cause as to why they be not directed to release Last Pay Certificate forthwith to enable the petitioner to submit the same before the Respondent No. 7 so that his upheld salary could release.

(b) Upon release of Last Pay Certificate of the petitioner immediately and forthwith continue the monthly salary of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the Respondent-State has submitted, by referring to paragraph no. 6 of the counter affidavit, filed in the present case that the last pay certificate, after removing the defects, has already been made available by the Block Development Officer, Belchhi, vide letter dated 29.2.2016, whereafter, request was made for allotting the funds for making payment of the outstanding salary of the petitioner and then, a sum of Rs. 15,55,767/- has also been paid to the petitioner herein on account of the outstanding salary, hence, it is submitted that now, no lis survives for adjudication. 3.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) Ajay/-
