The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 269 of 2018, registered for offence punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

The petitioner has relied on the order granting bail to Raj Kumar Singh vide order dated 25.09.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 39125 of 2019, which shows in paragraph 15 of the case diary that it is Raj Kumar Singh, who has shot the deceased. In view of the above fact, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
