JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-11-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition in order to take recourse to the departmental remedies by approaching the concerned department for release of the balance amount which, according to the respondents, may be in the process of payment. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. It is needless to say that in case, the petitioner approaches the department within a period of two weeks from today, the department would take appropriate decision within eight weeks thereafter, however it is made clear that no writ petition, with regard to the subject matter of the present case, would be maintainable henceforth.
