JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The statement of the victim recorded u/S 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure shows that she called the petitioner and after that, solemnized her marriage with him. The victim was found 17 years of age i.e. on the verge of attaining the majority.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 503 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.
