JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-11-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file an objection under Section 9 of the Bihar and Orissa Public Demand Recovery Act and seeks a further direction upon the Certificate Officer to consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an objection within a period of four weeks from today and in case, such an objection is filed, the Certificate Officer shall consider the same and pass a final order in accordance with law. Till the passing of the final order, it is directed that no coercive steps shall be taken against the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4142 of 2016 (2) dt.19-11-2018 2/2 petitioner herein. However, in case, no such objection is filed within a period of four weeks, the Certificate Officer shall proceed ex-parte.
