The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or a writ of mandamus or any other writ of the like nature thereby directing the respondent nos. 1 to 5 and in particular to the respondent no. 5 to ensure monthly payment of maintenance of a sum of 25,000/- as directed to them to be paid in the account of the petitioner from the account of the respondent no. 6 herein vide order dated 20/09/2022 passed in Maintenance Case No. 208 (M) of 2018 by

Patna High Court CWJC No.2074 of 2024(2) dt.29-04-2024 2/2 the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna. (ii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or a writ of mandamus or any other writ of the like nature thereby directing the respondent nos. 1 to 5 to deduct such amount from the salary of the respondent no. 6 so as to ensure payment of the arrears of the maintenance from the date of filing of the Maintenance Case No. 208(M) of 2018 i.e. 12/06/2018.

(iii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or a writ of mandamus or any other writ of the like nature thereby directing the respondent nos. 1 to 5 to start making payment of the maintenance amount as directed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna during pendency of the instant petition."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands dismissed.
