Petitioner made attempt to outrage the modesty of eleven years old minor girl but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the present case was lodged under misconception and when real fact came to the notice of guardian of the aforesaid minor girl, good relation restored between the parties and a compromise petition has already been filed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind that petitioner is in jail custody since 06.06.2015, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
