The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his Mutation Case is pending before the Circle Officer on being remanded by the DCLR vide order dated 20.03.2017 passed in Case no. 16/2016-17.

Taking into consideration the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Circle Officer to dispose of the Mutation case of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably, within six months. With this observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
