JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-11-2018 Heard Mr. Manoj Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to SC 11 for the respondent-State. The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to release the subsidy amount to the tune of Rs. 6,71,155/- along with interest approved in favour of M/s G.Y.S. Sangam Matsya Hatchery Daiyakharwar, District Madhubani.

In view of the specific statement made in paragraph no.6 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2, 3, 5 and 6 to the effect that subsidy amount has already been paid to the petitioner on 30.07.2016, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with liberty to agitate the issue with regard to
