12 namely Dr. Ramesh Yadav.

12 who has illegally withdrawn the salary of jail custody since 20.05.2012 to 22.05.2012.

III. To direct the respondents authorities lodged the criminal proceeding (and discharged the post of on Principal as working) as a forged salary taken by the respondent no. 12"

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his grievances.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
