2. This is the third attempt of the petitioners for grant of bail in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 30 of 2013 for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 329, 436, 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners' prayer for bail were rejected earlier on two occasions by order dated 19.03.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 50025 of 2013 and order dated 14.11.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 40764 of 2014.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran U T
