2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 247 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, when the informant was going to shop, two miscreants intercepted his way and at the point of pistol, they snatched Rs. 4 Lacs cash, one laptop, three mobile phone and two ATM cards etc.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was not arrested at the spot. Nothing was recovered from his possession and his name has figured on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Asgar Ali, from whose possession four country made pistol were recovered.
5. Learned counsel further submits that in Barharia P.S. Case No. 542 of 2022, also the name of the petitioner was figured on the basis of confessional statement of Asgar Ali and in second
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8673 of 2024(2) dt.20-02-2024 2/2 case with Barharia P.S. Case No. 512 of 2022 learned counsel has submitted that he has no information about the specific role of the petitioner in that case as well as whether any incriminating articles was recovered from his possession or not.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. IX, Gopalganj in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 247 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and following conditions:- (i) The bail bond of the petitioner shall be accepted only if the petitioner is not named in any other case except the cases mentioned in paragraph no. 3.
(ii) If nothing incriminating was recovered from his possession.
