The petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Court for necessary protection to the life and property of the petitioner and his family members from the private respondents. The District Magistrate, Darbhanga, and the Senior Superintendent of Police, Darbhanga, respondent Nos.3 and 4 respectively, are directed to hear the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate steps in the matter. The appropriate decision shall be taken within two weeks of the filing of the representation by the petitioner.
