JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-04-2023 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it has been inadvertently stated in paragraph no.1, that the petitioner is seeking quashing of Annexure-8, however he seeks quashing of Annexure-11, i.e. the order dated 19.02.2016, passed by the learned Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Gopalganj in Dakhil Kharij Appeal Case No.01 of 2014-15, however it is further submitted that the petitioner be granted

Patna High Court CWJC No.12280 of 2016(2) dt.05-04-2023 2/2 liberty to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.
