Petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: (i) For issuance of a writ by commanding the respondents to run the separate schools, namely, Govt. Primary School Daura Dharampur New and Govt. Primary School Mushahar Tola Mahishwara as per report dated 20.01.2018 and 25.01.2018 (Annexure 1 and 1/1) issued by respondent no. 10

Patna High Court CWJC No.4050 of 2020(2) dt.24-02-2020 2/2 whereas wrongly and illegally the aforesaid schools were attached and amalgamated with Govt. Elevated Middle School, Dharampur and Govt. Elevated Middle School, Mahishwara respectively."

After the matter was heard for some time, finding the Court not to be in favour of submission made across the bar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to approach the authorities concerned for highlighting the grievance in accordance with law.

Mrs. Binita Singh, SC-28, learned counsel for the respondents, states that any such request shall be dealt with expeditiously and in accordance with law.

Statement is taken on record.

In view of the same, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction that any such request is received from the petitioner, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law with reasonable dispatch and not later than six months thereafter.
