JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 31.04.2015 on the accusation that he got prepared bank draft of Rs. 4 lacs in the name of Bindu Devi, who happens to be full sister of his wife and deposited the aforesaid bank draft in the account of Bindu Devi instead of handing over the same to the informant of the present case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
