JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 31-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special (Spl) case no. 110 of 2019, arising out of Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 711 of 2019, for the offence under Sections 20, 22, and 24 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.09.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 80 Pudia Ganja was recovered and from possession of the petitioner 5 Pudia Ganja was recovered.

Considering the quantity of Ganja seized from the petitioner, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
