Mr.A.G ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 04-08-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 337, 323, 307, 354, 427, 379, 385, 509, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that all the F.I.R named accused persons including the petitioner entered into the house of the informant and made assault to the informant and other family members. They also snatched gold chain

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6947 of 2022(2) dt.04-08-2022 2/3 worth rupees ninety thousands and demanded extortion amount of rupees twenty five thousands.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. There is counter version of the occurrence also and petitioner's side also received injuries. There is no accusation of repeating the blow. The injuries of the injured are simple in nature. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Class, Buxar in connection with Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 386
