JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that except the confessional statement of co-accused, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Para-3 of the petition reveals that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in jail custody since 16.04.2015.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Barahiya P.S.Case No. 42 of 2015.
