2. The petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2015 in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 4 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 307, 323, 325, 341, 498(A), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the informant and submits that he has neither assaulted nor any injury caused to the informant. The petitioner states that he is ready and willing to keep the informant with due dignity and honour.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner Gulabuddin be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten

No.37380 of 2015 (3) dt.16-10-2015 thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 4 of 2015 with condition that the petitioner shall make every effort to keep the informant properly and in case any similar complaint is made by the informant in future, the petitioner's bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
