JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-11-2018 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file a fresh objection petition raising the issue of him having paid the entire dues. In view of the limited prayer of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh objection before the Certificate Officer, Banka in connection with Certificate Case No. 14 of 1992-93 whereafter the Certificate Officer shall consider the same and pass the final order.

Till passing of the final order, no coercive step shall be taken against the petitioner herein. However, in case no fresh objection is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the Certificate Officer shall proceed ex parte.
