That this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondents particularly respondent No. 2 the competent authority to issue Minority Status Certificate to "College of Nursing, Kurji Holy Family Hospital Society" already affiliated with Aryabhatta Knowledge University, Patna or in alternative to dispose of representation/petition of the petitioner dated 25.07.2016 (Annexure -8) filed before the respondent No.2 and representation
Patna High Court CWJC No.5344 of 2020(2) dt.29-11-2022 2/2 dated 25.10.2016 (Annexure -9), 07.01.2019 and 23.01.2019 (Annexure -11 and 12) filed before respondent No. 3 by the petitioner for the same in terms of direction/ order dated 31.05.2016 contained in letter No. 10087 dated 04.07.2016 of National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions, Government of India."
The representations and claim for minority status is pending with the respondent for a long time now.
