The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 630 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 448 & 387 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the petitioner having entered inside the Kirana shop of the informant and demanding extortion money and having assaulted the informant as also threatened him with dire consequences.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 20.10.2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7350 of 2019(2) dt.08-02-2019 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. VII, Patna in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 630 of 2018.
