The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No.513 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

One looted Toto (e-rickshaw) has been recovered at the instance of one Ram Tahal Kumar from the house of one Md. Irfan.

The petitioner is also named in the F.I.R. The petitioner is in custody since 22.10.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and also the fact that he has clean antecedent, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Naugachia, in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No.513 of 2023.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Kursela Police Station, District- Katihar on every Sunday of the week. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
