It is the petitioner's grievance that the compensation amount paid to him against acquisition of his land is much less than what he is entitled to. He appears to have received a sum of Rs.10,28,216/- as house compensation and Rs. 1,31,110/- as land compensation.

It is his case that other persons similarly situated having adjacent lands, have been paid more compensation amount than the petitioner.

Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2670 of 2019(2) dt.13-02-2019 2/2 petitioner, has attempted to persuade this Court that the petitioner was entitled to receive compensation on commercial rate, considering the nature of land, which has not been paid. On perusal of the writ application, I find that the petitioner has never raised any such grievance before any authority.

In my view, this application has no merit, which is accordingly dismissed.
