It is submitted on behalf of the complainant that the complaint was filed against altogether five accused persons including the petitioner out of which, four accused persons had moved before this Court against the order of cognizance, vide Cr. Misc. No. 30762 of 2018 which was dismissed as withdrawn on 31.8.2018.

3. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the application after some arguments.

4. Permission is accorded.
