JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 27-11-2018 It is submitted by counsel for the respondents that the final seniority list for the purpose of grant of senior scale of matric trained teachers was prepared on 13.02.2017. As a result of the aforesaid exercise the date of promotion of some teachers including the senior petitioner's scale was not appropriate so corrigendum was also issued on 17.03.2017. The father of the petitioner thus has already granted promotion in question with effect from 01.04.1999. It is stated that all steps have been taken to ensure payment of monetary benefit arrising out of such promotion and the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.
