JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report as suspect of this case because the informant came to know the name of petitioner and some others on the basis of conversation of culprits. Furthermore, it appears that in course of investigation, the petitioner and some others including one, Irshaduzaman were arrested from a Scorpio and allegedly, a live cartridge was recovered from possession of the petitioner and said Irshaduzaman as well as one other co-accused confessed their guilt disclosing the name of the petitioner. Moreover, said Irshaduzaman has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37604 of 2015 (2) dt.03-09-2015 2/2 of this court vide order dated 23-07-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25583 of 2015.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 338 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sri Deo Priya Kumar, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Begusarai.
