Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304(B)of the Indian Penal Code.

Wife of the petitioner died in unnatural circumstance after five years of her marriage. Allegation is of demand of dowry and torture for the same soon before death. The villagers have stated before the police that after quarrel the victim consumed poison and committed suicide. Petitioner is in custody since 22.01.2017.

Considering the nature of material and period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6508 of 2019(3) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No.318 of 2017 arising out of Begusarai Mufassil Police Station Case No.33 of 2017, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
