The petitioner seeks bail in Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 164/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and Dindoli Yadav @ Mohit Kumar were arrested from whose possession one loaded country made pistol were recovered.

It is submitted that Dindoli Yadav has already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 28.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27055/2015. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38025 of 2015 (2) dt.26-08-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 164/2015.
