In this case, the petitioner has sought a relief for issuance of mandamus directing the respondents to approve the adjustment and utilization of 4948.86 Kgs. of text paper, originally supplied to the petitioner by the respondents for completion of the work order of printing and binding of text books for Class-I to Class-VIII under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Bihar (Educational Session- 2016-17) but, was utilized for completion/supply of question cum answer sheet for (Class-II to VIII) arising out of urgent work order dated 10.8.2016

Patna High Court CWJC No.11161 of 2017 dt.21-09-2017 issued to the petitioner by the respondents.

The petitioner, for the said relief, has filed a representation dated 4.7.2017 to the Managing Director, Bihar State Text Books Publishing Corporation Ltd.
