JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 07.05.2015. The husband of the deceased has already been sent in judicial custody. The investigation of this case has already been completed in respect of the petitioner. Moreover, the doctor opined that cause of death was due to asphyxia resulting from hanging.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
