JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-11-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file objection under Section 9 of the Bihar & Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file objection under Section 9 of the Bihar & Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914 in connection with Certificate Case No. 1 of 2014-15, pending in the court of District Certificate Officer, Araria within a period of eight weeks from today.

Till passing of the final order by the said Certificate Officer, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.
