2. The petitioner is in custody since 09.06.2015 in connection with Pali P.S. Case No. 07 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 341. 323. 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties as the petitioner was assaulted in his field by the aggressors and he has acted only in retaliation and defence when he himself received severe injury on the head. It is further submitted that one of the persons who assaulted the petitioner namely, Mitranjan Bind has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 32023 of 2015,

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Pali P.S.
