The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with CIII Case no.332 of 2019 dated 21.12.2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .

Petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in para 8 of the petition.

Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 45 ltrs. of liquor from the petitioner and one co-accused while travelling in a motorcycle.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case, having no

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4809 of 2020(2) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 criminal antecedent and he is in custody for one month. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ II, Siwan in connection with CIII Case No.332 of 2019 with further condition to co-operate in the investigation, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
