The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 429 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.07.2018. He further submits that in the instant case, case was registered against unidentified tempo driver and his companion. He further submits that till date he has not been put on TIP. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
