JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-11-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail such remedy as is provided under Article 15 of the MOU dated 08.09.2011.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be availing the remedy of appeal as provided for under Article 15-A of the aforesaid Act. In view of the submission made by the learned

Patna High Court CWJC No.7138 of 2016(2) dt.28-11-2018 2/2 counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
