This appeal has been filed for setting aside order dated 14.12.2023 , passed in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341,328 , 302 and 34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 2016, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant has been rejected.

3. As per the prosecution case , specific allegation against this petitioner is that he petitioner along with other coaccused persons took away the son of the informant and later on killed him by administering poison to him.

4. Considering the nature of accusation , I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order, accordingly this appeal is dismissed.
