Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, the name of petitioner surfaced in this case and, accordingly, his confessional statement was recorded and on the basis of his confessional statement, the stolen motorcycle was recovered from possession of another accused. Moreover, it is informed that investigation of the case has already been completed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
